Bought a phone and an employee called Verizon and sat on the phone for over a half an hour getting my account straightened out after Verizon had screwed it up. Great customer service
Great service today from Wade in the computer dept. Gave me solid advice on what I did, and didn't, need and tried to help me save money all along the way. A little bit of a hard sell with the extras, but that's to be expected in a big box store. Generally very happy with the friendly, knowledgeable service.

Was able to find what I wanted right away no hassle as to which brand to buy just a quick in and out.
