Decent place to find a good deal, most items are open box returns, have cosmetic damages, or missing accessories. Staff isnt always the most knowledgeable on the products, so know what you're looking for and/or do your own research before you buy. Be aware of the return policy that items can only be returned if they are defective (at least at the time of this review), they have places to test the electronics before you purchase.

If I could give negative stars for these A-holes I would. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Customer Service is NON EXISTENT. ORDERED A FRIDGE AND WAITED FOR DELIVERY. NO SHOW,NO CALL, NOTHING! You cant call this store, and need to go through an Online Gauntlet. I will NEVER buy anything from Best Buy again. THEY ARE DEAD TO ME.
