I literally walked around the Bluetooth speaker section, turned on a listened to a number of speakers and wasn't talked to for over 15 minutes and the first person to talk to me yelled from an aisle away that he was busy (after I stared at him for a while, making it clear I wanted help), he didn't offer to get someone or anything, he just ran away to the next aisle. If you aren't looking at something that costs $1000 or doesn't have some contract they can sign you up for, good luck getting any help. At least stuff is priced relatively reasonably enough.

Just needed a simple thing in a giant store with like 3 employees. Couldn’t find anyone to help at first and then later waited forever. Realize it’s a Tuesday afternoon but there should at least be a manager on the floor helping then. Left without what I needed.
They had what we needed at a good price. Floor staff was attentive and friendly
One of the associates was not very willing to research why my upgrade wasn't working. Later another associate helped me and did the research necessary to get my upgrade to go through.
