Best Buy sold a product with out informing the customer of certain restrictions they implemented on the phone which hindered the customer from adding it to her plan. The employees at this Best Buy are also incredibly rude and don't follow the guide lines they share with carriers. I just recently started shopping at Best Buy again and if this is how they are going to treat their customers I refuse shop there again. I will also inform others that they should go threw Amazon instead since they seem to actually value their customers.

They actually had a universal AC adapter and it has a built in USB port too!
