The mobile workers here are amazing. I was having the worst day. My order that was placed for a sold out phone was canceled, and I had to rush to the store to assure that the phone they received wasn't sold to someone else on line. In my rush, I totally lost track of my wallet and had no way of proving I was who I said I was. On top of this, I had my grumpy toddler with me. The workers and their manager were so great and accomodating. We were able to upgrade my husband's phone. I always come to Best Buy Mobile for my phone upgrades, and it's because of great customer service like this that I keep coming back. Yes, the wait is long, but don't go in there trying to upgrade a phone in 20 minutes. It's not usually going to work out that way.

Best Buy is one of those stores that I have a love hate relationship with. I'm a techie so I like to buy my stuff online to make sure I get the absolute latest and greatest. Sometimes I don't realize I need something in enough time to order it, and then I have to go to Best Buy, where I will pay more and probably not get the latest and greatest. The store is pretty much like every other Best Buy, the staff is nice and the store is clean. So if you don't need the latest and greatest, but you need an electronic, they probably have it and you can probably get it there. Just don't try to find a case for it. 😂
It was great. Picked up an online purchase. Good customer service.
