What a show! I went in last week looking around at new phones and smart home. First no one would help me because they were to busy talking in groups off to the side. Then a small Asian girl “Toby” came to help me and before I could explain what I needed she was told to go back to her area and pass me on?? Pass me to who? She explained that she was with a customer and after a back and forth over the radio not to mention they were looking at each other from a distance. I walked out, am going to Costco or Amazon no drama....
