Geek squad completely wasted my time.
I made an appointment for an iPhone battery replacement for noon. I dropped off my device and was told it would be done in 2-4 hours. I came back at 5pm and was told that the technician called out sick and my phone was not worked on. I did not get any notification of this and wasted my time going there.
