I have a Best Buy credit card. Have spent thousands of dollars on it. This is by far the worst run Best Buy store I have been to. Zero customer service. Cashier could not understand how to look up and verify my account. His “lead” came over and instead of being helpful gives me an attitude that they are doing me a favor letting me patron their store. Highly disgusted with this store and how Best Buy lets these employees talk to their customers. I will be closing my account with them and be shopping elsewhere moving forward.

Unfortunate customer service. Went to buy a fire and smoke alarm and the salesman sold me a system that had no such capability. Went back to find a confident salesperson to get what I needed and unable to find. Evidently no one on staff knows what they are selling
