Place is just ok. Seems kind of depressing feeling. They didn’t have a long (10ft) micro usb wire. Having items in stock is the only way this business model will survive in the age of 1day e-commerce shipping. 90+% of their product is available online. Their only purpose in my life is if I need something right NOW and will drive their rather than order it online and get it tomorrow.

I finally decided to purchase my own cable modem / wifi router and went to the store in Leesburg. I have been to the Sterling VA store on occasion and the only time I was ever helped was by an employee from Google who helped me with my Chrome book.
The Leesburg store has employees that will at least acknowledge that you are standing there looking for assistance.
The associates gave me an honest opinion about the choices for modems and said the modem I purchased should work really well.
I have been disappointed with my purchase and if I ever need to go to a Best Buy I will go back to the Leesburg location.

Helpful and friendly staff, who are quite knowledgeable. A little more expensive than lower end stores or online, but I figure you're paying for their knowledge, experience, and advice.
