Really I had very bad experience with Best Buy at fair lakes Fairfax I bought wash and dryer from there and they delivered just the dryer and I called the customer service asking for the wash they didn’t solve my problem then I went the store and I talked with manger and primes me He will reschedule my delivery wash then nothing happened I went the store again they never confirm my delivery at the system when I talk to them that ask me if you like to canceled without any Care then I canceled I thought they will apologize but never . I never back again to this store anymore because they are very rude and never respect.

Honestly went to both major home improvement chains only to experience NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and no comparative advantage in selection. As soon as we hit the appliance area in Best Buy the assigned sales person was attentive, warm and very informative. He obviously knew his merchandise and seemed proud of his job. It was refreshing because I was previously skeptical about Best Buy but I was proved wrong. The will definitely be my first stop for any major appliance purchase and because I reward good customer service. There is almost no price point that is too high for quality customer service. The only downfall is that throughout the store everyone wants to be helpful so you might not get the thinking time you need before someone asks "may I help you" but on the other hand at least its not a human wasteland.
