The customer service at this location is very poor. For the last 2 days I tried several times to call in to have a question answered so I did not bother them in the store. Their phone service was not working properly and I was put on hold for 30 minutes each time. I never reached anyone and one time it cut me off. While I know that issues happen I walked into the store and the people that greet customers did not seem empathetic at all. They acted like they were listening but we're not hearing the challenges that I faced. I'm a customer care manager so I addressed it as if I were wanting to know what I could do better for my clients and that's why I was sharing my experience. They still didn't care. They blamed the phone situation on the storm that we had had recently but the two times I had called it was prior to the storm. I then was connected with a store manager to answer my question that I really needed to know about and he was great. I've always had great service with Best Buy but this was a very poor experience. If it hadn't been for convenience I would have gone someTheye else.
