How do I check product availability at the Lufkin Best Buy?

I actually went to see The Geek Squad, because I was having a problem with my Fitbit. When it was decided that my Fitbit was not functioning properly, Best Buy promptly replaced my Fitbit. There by honoring the warranty that I had purchased over a year ago. No muss no fuss! I have not encountered one person at Best Buy who was not friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to anybody that needs a product that they Supply. Even though the Geek Squad was unable to help me today, they are also a first-rate crew! I would recommend them as well.
