Terrible experience.. Bought a refrigerator from best buy and paid for delivery. Unit was damaged on first delivery - unusable because the doors wouldn't close. Delivery guys damaged kitchen floor in taking old unit out. Had to wait until next day to schedule 2nd delivery (until unit delivered back to warehouse) - 3 days later - 2nd unit was damaged when it arrived. According to call center, would need to wait until next day and call to schedule 3rd delivery. Cancelled order. Bought same product from another big box store, same price. I won't buy an appliance from BB again. They need to rehaul their warehouse and delivery services.
