Your one stop shop for everything appliance and home theater related! Sales staff ready to help you assist finding product and to answer your every question. Be careful playing with the iPhones as you will tip off the alarms on them.

I seldom visit Best Buy, but do to closure of Apple store in frisco I had no choice. I went in to replace my charger, and wasn’t quite sure if that would resolve my troubles. I was directed to geek squad to run a diagnostic. And was assisted by Joel, he was just wonderful! He is the only reason I am taking the time to review Best Buy. Indeed it was just a matter of replacing my charger, but he also took the time to clean my phone from possible dust preventing my phone to charge adequately. I spent 1 useless hour troubleshooting with Apple chat, and was afraid I’d had to make the long trip to the nearest Apple store. Joel saved me the trip and more. Thank you Joel!

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this best buy. The one on Eldorado is much better and the staff care more there too. You'll likely be waiting for a staff member to assist you if you need something here. Additionally, if you are purchasing any educational items for school (like university) go to purchase them on the manufacturer's website. Best Buy is highly unlikely to price match Apple's or Microsoft's Education Store.

Some Staff are very helpful few are passively aggressively rude. As an elite member of Best Buy, I am excited to let them know I am rewards member. One time I approach the cashier handed my items and said I am a rewards member. Instead of appreciating my membership, he said “man i have not scan it yet” condescending tone and stare at me like he is going to maul me. So I remain calm and quiet. This is traumatic and I am not coming back at this branch. You need to check your people. On a positive side, this guy at TV and GoPro area (I forgot his name). I was undecided which model of gopro I should buy, he explained very well the pros and cons . I did not make a mistake. He was really knowledgeable. Keep this kind of people, respectful and dedicated to his job. This makes your customer truly have the “bestbuy”.
