The staff at Best Buy was very knowledgeable about the products
Messed up my delivery. Bought a washer and dryer, washer was delivered alright. They had to return the dryer because it was damaged when they opened the box. I was informed someone will call the next day to reschedule. No call came in, I followed up 2days later to get another schedule. They informed me it will be delivered on a Saturday morning. Waited all day, no text messages or call to let me know what was going on. I called close to the end of the scheduled time and nobody seemed to have an idea or record of what was going on. The manger was asking me who I had talked to since there was no record, as if it was my responsibility to keep records of the calls they received. He did not once apologize for their errors, though he made it sure it delivered the following Monday, a week after the washer was delivered. Horrible experience.
