Do not i repeat do not ever pre-order a phone from this location. I pre-ordered my i-phone and kept getting notices about the phone not being in stock. Went to pick it up and they didn’t give me what i ordered, then they gave me what they had and i had to wait four hours for them to settle everything between sprint and best buy. It was like i never pre-ordered my phone. I ask for them to comp my phone case and they made me pay for it after waiting all that time......Don't do it i say don't do it.

I was greeted immediately I was looking for a particular DVD. Then play employee was very courteous and took me back to the section looked for it. I
t was not in store he looked online and so that I could order it. The reason I gave four stars instead of 5 is because this is the second or third time I've gone out there to look for a DVD and it's never in store . Location The avenue in Murfreesboro TN.
