I mean everybody is super friendly but nobody knows anything about Samsung phones except for the Samsung guys and they take days off apparently learning Samsung is the hardest thing at that job why my phone can't do decks with a HDMI to c-adapter

Very disappointing experience with my return. I purchased a product at BB using a Rewards certificate of $30. But when I tried to return the product, store manager himself told that he cannot return the certificate amount after return. This is very strange and never heard of such policy. When I asked the reason, manager said that's how they policy is. they refused to return my certificate money and I was helpless as store manager himself told me this strange policy. I have been an Elite member of BB and I'm going to close my membership. Very bad experience at Sioux falls SD Best buy.

Really REALLY glad that Office Depot is open for customers to actually come in the store. Every place is opening up, except for Best Buy. So, my money went elsewhere to buy a new computer.
