I paid extra for the Geek Squad protection plan for my LG refrigerator/freezer that was $1,700.00. After 4 &1/2 years my LG died and all my food thawed out and had to be trashed. I told Best Buy that I am an emergency situation and needed an immediate service call. The best they could do was a service call in 4 days! Totally unacceptable! Now we have to eat out for each meal and all I get is a $200.00 reimbursement for spoiled food.
Next time I need major appliances I will be shopping elsewhere. Shame on you Best Buy!
