I get that they have a lot of pressure from online retailers, but the answer is NOT to jack their prices up extremely high. Its also not the answer to leave shelves almost bare. This store had almost no galaxy s10/s10+/s10e/Note10 cases. Where there was 4-6 racks of iPhone cases, there was only a half rack for all Samsung phones. And the ones they did have were $50-$100! Amazon has a plethora of cases and most are under $25. Point? You can't complete if you aren't priced to sell and/or have little to sell.
Helpful old guy in appliances also he was very nice
Love the selection of electronics, but their return policy sucks. Restocking fees for everything, I believe even for things that are dead out of the box.

Placed an online store pick up said it was in stock after order after paying said delivery thursday. This is the second time I have had this problem with this best buy. I also was asked if I needed help 14 times in the span of 11 minutes of being in the store there is such a thing as to much "customer service" only reason for 2 stars is Vivian did an amazing job in assisting me with my order and trying to fix it. It is also the same reason I no longer frequent gamestop sometimes you just want to shop get in and get out not be bothered while in the middle of talking over a purchase.
