The managements ability to deal with issues is really poor at this location. If you are ever dissatisfied with your experience or have issues with an order the management makes you feel like an inconvenience. I am not going to be making large home furnishing purchases from this location again.
I ordered 5 major appliances from here all at once and had issues with 3/5 pieces. We got a fridge in the wrong color, a dishwasher that was dropped and bent and no dryer because they sold me a matching set without any inventory of dryers left. They are really happy to take your money but don’t expect the same overly enthusiastic sales attitude if you have issues with your orders.

The sales person, Doug, was super! He took care of me this morning in the selection of a sound bar and this afternoon when were bought a Whirlpool washer and dryer. Very attentive and knowledgeable.
