This was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced at any retail store. I purchased several items after receiving personalized advice and assistance at the store. My delivery that was done by experts who installed the equipment, answered all my questions, and taught me how to operate everything and remain available for future questions via my tech support service. I had an issue with an appliance and the store staff and supervisor were amazingly responsive to my concern which was quickly and completely addressed within 1 hour with a follow up call as well. Kudos to the supervisor Charlotte and the best buy South Hills team on their unparalleled customer service.
