We were able to walk in, find the department we needed quickly, and get help for some information about the product not on the carton. My mom purchased a TV to fit her needs at a much lower cost than we expected. The gentleman even helped load it into our car.
Paid $30 for what we were told was a replacement plan for an $83 tablet. Was told if anything goes wrong they will replace the tablet in the first year. Tablet was having issues with charging at only 6 months. Took to Best Buy, they told us we needed to schedule an appointment to have our tablet looked at to determine what is wrong. No exchange. would have never paid an extra $30 for a replacement plan on an $83 tablet if I knew I would have to try and make an appointment for them to repair it. I would just send it to samsung and they would repair for free, no scheduling an appointment or paying an extra $30 for nothing
Disappointed with customer service in the washer/dryer department. Both employees who were working in that department on a Saturday evening were speaking on the phone at help desk. I had a quick question and instead of disrupting them on their phone call, I stood right in front of the desk and waited patiently. About 5 minutes passes by I decided to look for another employee on the floor. They ask me to wait for the two at the desk. I waited another 5 and they still on the phone. They could have ask the person on the phone to wait a minute to see what I wanted. But nope. So they lost my business.
