Bought an open box item. Was told it was the same quality as buying a new one. Long story short took the item back to geek squad. She told me it was a Google issue since it would not log in. I returned the item and got one that was brand new. The new item actually worked. It was not a Google problem but the actual product itself. How can they try to sell a item that does not work. 5he most frustrating part was I had to go there twice and live 30 minutes away! Needless to say geek squad is a joke. They want you to spend the extra 40 so they can sell you the geek squad plan for 20 more per year. Absolately ridiculous! Will not be going back to this locaction ever!
