First some what bad experience: went to buy a single product worth $300. I know of your price match so I did look and happen to see not only the same product that is $100 cheaper but an aid that was on your company website. The lady was nice and said that unfortunately they couldnt price match for some odd reason. For the fact that the website is not that I'm familiar with so I let it slide and still bought the product.
Second some what bad experience: a simple item worth $24.99 I believe at your location. I found it $10 cheaper and it is with a competitor store in that particular department of yours, which I would normally go to. Nice lady once again but denied the match. I don't understand why, especially it being a competitor store. It is local store and a franchise nation wide. Didn't bought the product due to false advertising.
So your company doesn't price match at all with any competitor stores or sites. You should take that display down saying that you would cause you didn't even with a competitor franchise. Was really upset and disappointed.
