This store cannot take phone calls, you get routed to an online help center that can’t help with any product specifics inside of the store. You also spend a good 10 minutes speaking to a phone robot that’s worse than 2011 Siri before you can speak to a real person.

DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE! People are friendly but their delivery system does not work. We ordered a fridge, it didn't work and they just left it at our home. All of our food was destroyed. Customer service was no help. We got another fridge which we had to wait 7 days to get new delivery. That person just said fridge door didn't work after arriving and left. Warehouse said there was no issue with fridge. No one is any help and can't do anything except make us wait a few more days to try another delivery. DO NOT BUY until they get their third party delivery fixed. WORST experience we have ever had and no one has any authority to fix anything. We are now 3 weeks without a fridge.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, but thats the only reason this store is not getting 1 star. I ordered an open box car stereo with an "Excellent" product rating, which by Best Buy's definition the product "Works and looks like new. Restored to factory settings..." and "...Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement)". What was presented to me was a stereo without any of it original packaging or paperwork, a wiring harness that had already been partially spliced, a bent stereo chassis, a screen with two screws missing and a large scuff in the corner, and the edge of the device had an adhesive that ran around the entire bottom portion. The staff refunded my money as soon as I asked and they were apologetic because of the situation (which was not their fault), but it seems like the quality control done by whoever runs the online listings is laughable. While I was there there was another customer who did the same as me (he ordered an open box tv in "excellent" condition), and there were multiple items missing from the packaging. Edit: I did want to add that their online order processing time was extremely fast. I placed the order for pickup within 2 hours of them closing, and I didn't expect for the order to be ready until the next day. It was ready for pickup within 15 minutes. The whole situation is really unfortunate because despite the product quality the experience was really pleasant.
