I went here with my family once and never again disrespectful employees I absolutely was disgusted but the way they treated us they followed us around the store and at first I thought it was to help us but then I saw a whole bunch of employees gathering around to watch us and they gave us a horrible attitude they yelled at me and my little siblings when they were by themselves never again worst treatment that I’ve ever experienced

Overall, great. Can be a little tough getting assistance. Quick with help on large purchases, like TVs, very slow to help with smaller items. Hard to locate automotive accessories. Very high prices compared to online options but if you need it now can be the best option.
Went into pay on my Bestbuy credit card. Was informed that their system is not working so i will have to pay by phone. The employee gave me the wrong phone number causing me to be on the phone for 20 minutes due to transfer after transfer until I was finally able to get a person in the correct department. I think this all could have been avoided if the employee had giving me the correct information to begin with.
