Best Buy Syracuse

Don’t bother spending any money here as you spend loads of money for their warranties that cover absolutely nothing. Walmart has much better prices, same stuff, cheaper warranties that cover every single aspect of the purchase.

I walk in and notice 4 Best buy employees standing at a cash register talking. I went over near the tablets and was approached by a colored gentlemen who I thought was a Best Buy employee and I start asking him about the difference between 2 tablets I was looking at. Next thing you know he asking about my internet provider then I notice the Spectrum logo on his shirt I said I'm not interested and I'm there to buy a tablet .He insisted on giving me his card just in case I decide to seitch providers so after that I had to walk over to the4 best buy employees to get some help purchasing a tablet finally I did get help from a guy named Cody who was helpful explain things to me seems like when you need help you have to chase down an employee next time IllI just order a tablet from Amazon I can wait 2 days for delivery and I won't be harrased by a Spectrum employee pretending to be a Best Buy employee
