This chain provides a lack of telephone customer assistance checking product and pricing availability. While you can check product availability and pricing on computer. Try contacting any location via phone when a computer and Internet is down or unavailable. The Staten Island location didn't have a new Samsung tablet on display even though they had several in stock. I had to wait 20 minutes before the manager decided to put one out. The tablet costs several hundred dollars and it would be nice to test one out.
