Purchased LG kitchen appliances. After about a week Noticed Scratched and dented refrigerator. Called best buy several times. Put on hold gave up, forgot to call back a few times when I finally did it was about 25 days after I had the appliances. They will would do NOTHING for me. Get I. Touch with LG who finally agreed to replace the doors after arguing with them.
Doors were replace now they dont match up. The fridge will not form a seal and all they want to do is send another tech when they locate one.
Small claims court here we come. Wish I used American express.
