Muy mal atendido por sus empleados, compré porque el precio era bueno, pero la atención, una vergüenza. Muy ocupados los empleados con sus teléfonos !! Tenía miedo de molestarlos en su supuesto horario de trabajo.

Super disappointing customer service. I purchased a phone last week for pickup on Sunday 10/13 because it was only in stock at the Jersey City store. I called ahead Sunday and was told to wait for an email. I keep calling and only get phone hub people, never anyone at the actual store. I've been told I need to go back to the store to "request a transfer." I had to go to the store already to buy it because the online system wouldn't let me check out and I was told to go in. Unbelievable this wasn't done when I already was at the store and paid for the phone. The employee who ran my credit card knew it was coming from Jersey City. There's no other customer service number, I wait on hold every single time for 20 to 30 minutes. I will have to find time go to the store for the 3rd time to request a transfer for a phone they already knew was being transferred.

Employees seemed like they were either busy eating or being on their cell, they don't seem like they care about the customers, i finally had to seek someone out to get help.
