I frequent this location for my “tech” needs. Some things to be mindful of:
1. Expect to be greeted at the door
2. Do not expected to be attended to while shopping, as the employees here are kind of scarce.
3. Don’t expect overly exuberant customer service, they give the bare minimum.
4. No “real” deals...only $0.01 off of otherwise market price
5. Price matching here is stingier than most places
6. They never have anything you want in stock. It always has to be ordered
Overall my experience here is extremely average....which is okay because anything they don’t have, amazon does, and usually for much cheaper.

My wife's computer ran into issues and wouldn't turn on. I brought it in and Nathan in the Geek Squad took time between appointments to address the issue. It ended up needing to be sent to the manufacturer for a warranty repair. But overall Nathan was very helpful and nice and I really appreciated that.
