Ordered appliances from them twice. Pacific Kitchen employees are knowledgeable and professional. The reason for 2 stars is their delivery. Both times the delivery was horrible. First time they delivered a fridge and dishwasher, scheduled for 12pm - 2pm. I took the day off of work. They arrived at 9pm, when my infant was already sleeping. Today, they showed up on time, took out my broken washing machine, opened up the new one just to show me that it's completely dented and destroyed. Next delivery is now in 5 days...maybe and hopefully. Now I have no washing machine for a week.
