Poor service. I was turned away after trying to drop my phone off for a factor reset. Apple support directed me there and said this Best Buy takes walk ins. They don’t. They said I had to come back in 5 hours for the next appointment even after saying I could drop off the phone and pick it up another day. Their reason why I needed an appointment was to fill out paperwork which they wouldn’t let me do then. After going back 5 hours later Mo (who was helpful) only needed my name, number, and address. What a waste of time and unhelpful rude staff.

The $200 total coverage plan only covers new purchases. It does not cover previous purchases, previous insured purchases and previous purchases that were previously insured but expired last week. No sorry or unfortunately, just flat out said no. Management in this store have no people skills. This location has ALWAYS given me problems. I did an order online and came 3 hours later to pick it up and they said it wasn't ready yet and made me rebuy everything in the store. Then they said Geeksquad could install a processor for you with no issues. So I waited two weeks only to find out sorry we dont do that. The job takes 5 minutes I'll it by myself. This location sucks go down the street to the route 46 one.
