The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are good and the products hold up.

Need to train sales CONSULTANTs on the product they selling, how to qualify a costumer and how to close the sale, too much business walking out the door because of unqualified sales Reps.. so many times I come there and get disappointed and I go back to PC Richard, there the sales reps know their stuff.
The store clerk was very helpful in helping me pick out a computer for me. I have the perfect model now and I cannot thank him enough. This is the SPOT to get electronics trust me.
