This review is way overdue, and is for my experience at Best Buy on Aug 18th. I ordered a Google Pixel 3XL online and chose to pick it up at this store in Bridgewater. I got there sometime in the afternoon, picked up my phone, and then tried to activate it in store, as the cashier helpfully suggested.
Aymen was the associate helping me, and honestly, I don't think I could've activated my new phone that day without his assistance. What seemed like a straightforward activation dragged on, as we turned on the phone, then tried to turn on the mobile network/LTE service. There were a few bumps along the way as Aymen contacted other people at Best Buy and then Spring to get the activation going. From what I gathered, there was an issue with porting my number from my old carrier to Sprint, something about a wrong Pin or whatnot. More than 3 calls later he was able to complete porting the # and complete activation. Thanks for your patience and expertise!!
The CyberPowerPC is the best pc I’ve ever bought, it doesn’t lag while you’re playing games or browsing the internet. I highly recommend for anyone who loves gaming and needs a great PC
Used to work here miss the old layout but employees are still helpful
I am a Best Buy fan and a member of their award program... they have redesigned their stores and are price competitive, with a good return program...
