It is absolutely appalling to me that a business is able to fuction without answering their phones. I have called the store in Newington New Hampshire eight times in the last couple days to check on an order and still have not been able to get through to a single person. I have called multiple departments and every call ends with me having to give up because contrary to Best Buys belief, us consumers have a life outside of waiting for an employee of theirs to just pick up a phone. the phone just rings and rings. my call this morning was ringing for a half hour before I finally gave up. I have never worked for any company in my life that didn't have some sort of disciplinary action in place for those that continually allow more than three rings. it doesn't get much better in the store either. I went in a week ago to get some pricing info on a new iPhone 11 pro max and was ignored for about 30 minutes. I was sitting right in front of the guy at the desk conversing with him while he would divert his attention to other customers or talk to the other female employee about her sexual relationships. completely unprofessional and unacceptable business practices. I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with best buy over the years and I think this might actually be my last purchase with the company. Wait time on my current call is at 15 minutes and 24 seconds... JUST PICK UP YOUR PHONE!!!!!!!
