The staff is always willing to help and give grate info
Did not honor coupon. I was misinformed by three employees that I would receive my extra rewards because I am a VIP member and cardholder. I called corporate and they said twice that the Bismarck best buy would call me. It's been two months of trying to get them to talk to me and they will not help. Just done, I'll buy elsewhere from now on. Used to buy from here all the time and will still get some stuff, but I will try and avoid it as much as possible. It's not my fault you didn't tell your employees correctly and now I am out $100.
