The buying and pick up experience were great. We haven't used the appliance, yet, so that remains to be seen.

Bought washer and dryer from the outlet and when we picked up the gas dryer the pipe for the gas was bent so we chose another dryer.After having the dryer at our home for one month it quit working We notified Best Buy because we purchased an extended warranty They informed us it was a manufacturing issue We contacted Whirlpool who informed us that the original purchase date was 6 months prior We had to provide proof of purchase It took us 6 visits from a repairman to finally get a new dryer We we’re without one for 4 months I will not buy another appliance from the outlet and they would not allow us to change the extended warranty to the new dryer
