Great customer service. Cassie was very helpful and knowledgeable. She patiently explained the different remote starts for my girlfriend's car and their capabilities. I would definitely recommend Best Buy and especially Cassie. She is a great asset to your company.

I used to think their warranties were awesome. Well after my TV went out after a year and a half they have shown me the error of my ways. They told me they will have a technician come in a week and he may have to order parts. I was told when I purchased the extra warranty it was a replacement warranty. I spent over an hour trying to sort this out and schedule the technician only to be hung on and having to call back and repeat the process. This time I was so upset I was in tears but oh well let's do the waiting game. On my 3rd call this morning I've been on hold 20 plus mins and still waiting. I guess it's good practice for the 8 hour time for the technicians. Between 7 and 2 or 12 and 8. Geez. What a hype.
