Extremely rude customer service, especially from the manager.
We were returning a product, box, receipt, all accessories, everything in perfect order, it just wasn’t what we’d needed. Thanks to a labeling mistake by the store we had to wait forever for it to get sorted out all the while getting the side eye like we were trying to pull one over on the store. Then, instead of an apology for the wait and the inconvenience, all we got was an extremely rude attitude from the manager. Definitely the last time we’re ever buying anything from that store.

We went in to look at refrigerators, knowing they have a decent appliance selection. They have a good selection of appliances. Even with my wife's long list of requirements and ever changing feelings on what is important, we still had about 4 of the 24 to seriously consider.
The customer service was great and they helped us with the questions we did have. We were able to complete our purchase and set up delivery in less that 10 minutes.
While we were waiting, the kids and I wandered through the video games and played on the display systems Best Buy always has set up.
Overall, it was a great experience and we will be back, again.
