The place looks brand new and sparkling clean. Went to pick up a dishwasher purchased on line. Signs led directly to customer pick up. Greeted by the most pleasant, happy and professional Best Buy employee I’ve ever encountered. Swanda is a great ambassador for the company. I was there less than 10 minutes. Overall tremendous experience.

Not loving the experience. Front desk people were not very friendly. Directed me around the back, but nobody back there and door is locked. No bell or anything to tell them I was here. Took 30 min to pick up 1 small thing

Pickup is on the other side of the building from where GPS takes you. You don't find that out until you check in and they direct you around the other side of the building. Not terrible but could be a better system. Other than that it beats having to go to an actual store. Trust me, you'd rather come here than go to a store for anything.
