All this staff... Counted 21 associates on the floor, most asking if I need help. 1 cashier with a line of six customers. Seriously? This is poor store management defined. No Best Buy I'm afraid you need help. And people wonder why big box stores are going out of business. If you must shop at this business save yourself time (you don't get that back) and go online. Happy holidays :)

Working with Best Buy Geek Squad was awful!!! Had an remote start installed 6 months ago, it stopped working. Went online made an appointment, got to store and manager said they didn’t have anyone on staff to look at it , mind you, this Is after having an appointment. Why are you still allowed to make an appointment at an store that doesn’t have someone to there that works on the needs, indicated. Made another appointment at Metropolitan location uptown Charlotte. Got there time they said they didn’t have my reservation, keep in mind I have the confirmation email on my cell while I’m talking to them. The guy at Geek Squad customer service didn’t only have an dry attitude but was very unprofessional.Finally another associate walked by and she saw me standing there and took the time to find out what I needed and got me where I needed to be. It’s funny how it’s easy for them to sell you something, but You get the run around trying to get an answer or Problem solved. Will never use them again. Ashamed that Best Buy condones such practices. I will be taking my business elsewhere, but if their Management is like their customer service, they probably don’t care anyway.

I often goto this Best buy as it nearby my place. I love the friendliness of the staff there always super helpful and nice. The only thing I dont like and has to goto other best buy is it's a small store with less items on display. Ll
