Got a netgear wifi router box and it stopped working. Charter said they couldnt access the box and to call netgear. I called before and they fixed it in 2 seconds this time they said im out of warranty and need to pay them 99.00 bucks for them to fix my router in 2 seconds. So i go to best buy they wont return my product and gave me a corporate number that was had a sketchy person i couldn't even understand telling me to just pay the 99.00 to netgear. If this is how best but buy runs their business I will NEVER buy another product from them again. MURPH the manager did nothing for me and you lost a loyal customer. Amazon all the way. Really terrible company.
I needed a watch battery, so I stopped by Best Buy. I used there battery picker based on my battery model (SR621SW) and it told me to get an Energizer battery (392). It was a little pricey ($5) compared to Amazon ($2), but it had a 50¢ off coupon and I figured I was already there.
So I got to the checkout, and the coupon wouldn't work and I just bought it anyway. Flash forward to me trying to install the battery, only to find it was too big.
So then I tried to return it, only for them to tell me it can't be returned because it's an open battery.
Might as well have bought it on Amazon.
Helpful associates, answered all my questions.
Horrible experience with customer service woman at desk!!!! But thanks to Chris, Josh, Jade and Justin who made up for totally horrible person with no knowledge that an over the range microwave does have a three pronged plug not hard wire and that a person can plug a microwave in without a technician
