I feel Best Buy deserves this one star. Two weeks ago I took my phone in to be sent to apple for service. I was informed it would be 7-9 business days before I received my phone which was not a big deal. But my phone has been sitting at Best Buy since October 5th. The man who took my phone never got a call back number or anything. I was told my phone would be mailed to my house, which was totally fine. I had someone at my house everyday to wait and nothing. I finally called apple thinking it was a them issue and turns out it was Best Buy. Best Buy never called or tried to contact me in anyway. They messed up the shipping and instead of it being sent to my house it was sent to the store. I have never had any issues with Best Buy but this is unacceptable. I hope to not have this issue in the future.
