A simple question, so, I call. 12 rings to get it answered by a phone bank, navigate that, 28 rings to get to a live person, who transfers me to my towns store. 22 rings to get someone to transfer me to a department, after 132 rings, I just hung up. Customer Service is dead. How ridiculous.
