Buyer beware! Do not ever use in store pick-up at best buy. I purchased a new tv for in store pick-up, went to the store to pick it up and it was not ready due to a delay of some sort. They had the tv right in front of me but could not push the "online" order through the "system" the tv was in limbo. If I just walked into the store and purchased the tv I could have walked out with it.
Of course, this took 30 minutes and according to the manager this was somehow not the fault of Best Buy. Needless to say I canceled my order, went to a store down the road and walked out with my new tv in 10 minutes.
