Friendly and helpful staff. I love that they have a wide range of recycling options for electronics. Especially batteries and wires! I hope they actually do end up recycling them.
Great spread of electronics, computers and peripherals. But ZERO help! No one has a clue about the products or technology. Billing is a nightmare. Rookies looking lost in front of the POS Application. It's good to hire young and un-experienced people. It brings down the cost. But for heave's sake train them! They make a complete fool of themselves in front of Customers. At this rate the Amazons of the world are going to drive such shops to bankruptcy. I still think such shops need to survive because they can provide a shopping experience which cannot be duplicated on an ecom site. But get your act straight. In particular, the person heading the Training Department should be taken to task.
YOU SELL TOO MUCH BROKEN JUNK.DISPLAYS ARE NOT WORKING,EVEN WITH A SALES HELPER. TOO MANY EXCUSES, FOR FAILURES. I WONT GO BACK. EPIC FAILS, IN GLEN BURNIE LOCATION.
