Good staff and great stuff to buy
There’s hardly any staff working, and the ones that are have terrible customer service skills. I was made to wait 30 minutes for a phone accessory they ended up not even having in stock despite their website saying it’s in stock. It’s sad to see BestBuy deteriorating and going down the same path as CircuitCity.
For a $60 phone I was told they want a $30 restocking fee if I opened and decided to return it whether it works or not. Also for an empty store, it's sure hard to find anyone to help you and everyone looks annoyed if you ask any questions, like I am dragging them away from something more important. Now I know why I don't bother going here. Everything is over priced too.

I have purchased several items at Best Buy. They are always very attentive and professional. They have great values with a lot on sale every week. I've purchased an HP Printer and a 4.5 C.F. Frigidaire Mini Refrigerator recently. Great brand names, great store.
