With Mike there as a manager, that store is not what it used to be in terms of customer service. Deplorable treatment of customers. No matter what, you never attack a paying customer. One of your jobs as a manager is to de-escalate situations, definitely not to be the instigator. When your own staff members are looking at you like you're off your meds, that's a problem.
