Went to buy 2 non smart lcd insignia 55 inch TVs, rep kept trying to up sell us on home audio and cables. Manager wouldn’t discount even though we paid cash for them. Get to loading them into the car and someone says you can’t stack them on each other. Even though that should have been said WHILE we were purchasing the TVs. Paid in hundred dollar bills, went to return them; got paid in tens ones and fives. Went to another Best Buy in NORTH ATTLEBORO an hour later and asked their manager if it was okay to stack them. No problem they said. Best Buy in Mansfield is horrible, stay away. Had a problem with my iPhone XS and was referred to them by Apple. Told me I was crazy and seeing things. Never going back again.
